I don't understand the push either. Is his range really that broad with that reraise out of position? Doesn't the pair on the board decrease the value of our FD?

If he bets the flop then push. If he checks then... nah he's never going to check. I'd probably check behind tho.

Would you play KQ the same way?

look at his range. then look at what % of that range will actually call the AI.

Then note that even if he does call, we're usually in OK shape still

Kitt can tell his reraising range if he wants to, but that pair on board increases our fold equity for sure.

I was completely forgetting about FE.

Probably because I play NL25 where there is no such thing as FE.

If I think that you're raising light because of the UTG limper my range is almost any two.

If he bets the pot, I don't think we have enough fold equity on the turn with a push. Also, our hand equity is lower when we miss the turn.

I fold preflop. As played, I reraise the flop, probably all-in.

Making still more questions...

Effective stacks are around $170, I have to call $13.5, how deep would be enough with PP or with this hand?

Am I wrong to think my hand has the FD value, but also the A is pretty often good here if flop hits. With those two combined I flop something more often than with a PP.

I'm not going to argue the push or not to push, but wouldn't these stacks sizes warrant a call on the flop if BB bet 3/4 the pot.

Wouldn't a thinking villian include AQ in Hero's range to flat call the 3 bet preflop?
