I tried getting it over with, but I have to wait for this guy (I think) Nikhil to get back on duty. and then call.

how did this come about? did someone contact you asking you to do this? did they offer you money to do it? hope it works out.

yea, someone at one of my tables said they would give me a couple hundred extra for money on stars. They gave me the money first so I figured I didnt have anything to worry about (because im mentally handicapped).

I guess I am ignorant, but what's the big deal here? If the guy decides to lose 3k heads up, thats suddenly "illegal",why?

How about you genuinely lose 3k, will they freeze your account? Keep us posted.

The money they gave you is almost certainly fraudulently obtained (ie fake credit card to deposit) and Party will get it back from you given it can't reclaim it from the credit card company as a fraudlent transaction. Your best chance is to email support at pokerstars ASAP and tell them the situation and hope they can stop the scamme rcashing out so you have a chance to reclaim that money.

The old saying of there is one born every minute seems to hold true far too often. If its too good to be true, it usually is.
