When I first opened an account at Party and made a deposit, they froze my account the next day. The account was not "closed", mind you, it was "frozen".

They wanted me to send them a fax of my driver's license. I did so, and after waiting a day or so, I tried to login and my account was still frozen. I emailed them and they told me that they never received my fax and to try again. I rinsed and repeated a few times, always being told that they hadn't received my fax, and eventually gave up on them. I think I still have $40 deposited there.
