Against an unknown I'd three bet the flop because the villain could easily have a weaker queen or a draw and he could very well think you did a continuation bet with nothing so he could even bluff or at least semibluff here. If he caps the flop I'd proceed with caution but would probably go to the showdown and now especially when the diamond came.

Turn is ok, you have a very strong hand. No major mistakes in this hand but with a TPTK and backdoor flush I'd 3-bet that flop.
