I don't understand why we push the turn. If we can get him to bet the river again with 22-JJ while he might fold to a push on the turn I think it's a mistake to do so.

He will not fold JJ TT or 88. Or KK or AA. A lot of opponents will call with 22 and up!!!

Him being an unknown I figured folding was on the edge of right and wrong. I was simply trying to make the cheapest mistake against him. Is this the wrong type of thinking for this hand?

This is (sorry to be harsh) horrible. Calling and raising are close, folding is a far distant third.

Not to pile on, but how in God's name did he rep KK/AA? You are worried about exactly three hands here, and beat a zillion others. Anyone saying this is a tough decision needs their head examined.

And push turn.

I guess I just felt uneasy about the hand. It's not a situation I've been in to often. I knew completly nothing about the guy. I was sitting, maybe 15 hands? I had an early win and then this. I figured the cheapest mistake I can make this particular hand was to fold.

What's this "cheapest mistake" business? If you're going to fold the fourth nuts to avoid making costly mistakes, I suggest a better solution would be to stop playing poker altogether--a very cheap mistake w/ neutral EV.

What other reason would there be to fold the fourth nuts?

I don't know, maybe you're psychic and could tell villain had KK?

You've got nines full of queens, just put your money in the middle and type "lol" in the chat box when he flips 88.

Not re-raising pre flop makes him think you have high cards or a small pair. Your beating many more hands than your lossing too, that he would make this bet with. easy call in my opinion
