Naw. It's not the money. I haven't smashed or thrown much while playing poker. But once in awhile throwing something relieves some anger. I usually selct something non-valuable and won't make too bad of a mess.

But it's not the money. I've done more damage to my desk while playing backgammon, for free. Finally quit punching it when my fist when through the hollow core door it's made out of and made a nasty cut.

I still throw stuff for fun once in awile. And cuss a lot.

I tried the smashing thing...just made me feel stupid.

I tried the self-hit/slap thing...hurts and felt stupid.

Yelling F2ck at the top of my lungs...works like a charm. Amazing. Still feel a lil silly, but nothing broken and no pain...and really calms me down.

19) i cracked this wood paneling, about 3/8" thick. (i don't have sheetrock, i lived in a log cabin) that one really hurt, but the crack isn't too noticeable.
20) tore "Sometimes a Great Notion" to shreds one day
