As stated, do pushups and wall sits to failure so that when you don't sleep for 4 days straight your muscles won't be quite as sore and you will feel that much better about how horrible your life is. Unless you smoke, the running should be fine.
Also, do not use any drugs under any circumstances. suck it up, the marines go through worse. you use drugs of any kind and you will undoubtedly be miserable. Lastly, band together with your class and do not be afraid to revolt. you will often outnumber the overseers, so band your class together and stage a walk out. they are trying to forge brotherhood through intense circumstances, so grow some balls and say [censored] you and walk out. that is how you beat pledge week |

Just remember, they need you. They'll tell you differently, but without a new pledge class to foot the bill, the whole beer party pyramid scheme comes crashing down. That's all a fraternity really is after all. Keep that in mind.
