I used to play these games on tilt sessions and sat in them a few months ago when Stars had the 5 billionth hand promotion and found them to be as terrible as before. If it is playing tight raise preflop with your good hands and just be very selective on continuation betting (mostly don't do it)

I dunno what you consider supernitty, but playing 60% of hands in unraised pots seems to work perfectly fine up to at least PLO100 as long as you don't go broke. Also calling raises with wraps and semi-wraps seems to work quite fine since the raisers have AAxx 90% of the time.

Seriously, flop the nuts and just kill the game. If you have a lot of experience in poker overall, it should be quite easy to read the situations in these games. It's a lot easier to know where you're at in the hand in low stakes Omaha than it sometimes is in hold'em. I guess all this comes from experience, but playing something like 20% of hands in late pos in these stakes is missing value I think..
