I'm arguing whether it's ethical or not. I think he should be shunned by the poker community ala Russ Boyd. I know there's other douchebags doing the same things he does, but still. It's pretty lowbrow IMO.

Dude, with all the war in the war world, you should be happy just to be alive.

i think it is kinda lame but UB allows u to have 3 accounts and u can change each accounts name once. so up to 6 accounts almost.

[/ QUOTE ]

Wait, this is the first I've heard of this...are you sure this is true?
Last I heard, they were actually pretty strict about not letting people open up a second acct...but that was about a year ago when I enquired.
Anyone else confirm this?
(If they allow it, then PF doing it is, unfortunately, fine)

What are the ethics around Prahlad constantly creating new accounts?
.
Is there anything stopping him from creating 20 accounts and using a different one every day confusing the opponents at the high stakes online level?

[/ QUOTE ]
In a world where you can log every single hand played by an opponent - including mucked cards!!! - there is not an ethics issue.

[/ QUOTE ]

The ethics of using computer software like Poker Tracker to record and display your opponents' past playing activity is far more dubious than changing screen names.
