This is all normal variance, and a 10 BI drop is normal in SNGs. If you play enough games, you will sometimes experience to have a far bigger BI drop. At the same time, SNGs are known to be one of the games with the lowest variance, and it isn't as easy to lose that much money on a strike of bad beats as it is in cash games

...unless you have bulimia...then you can eat as much as you want and it's never bad for you.
