Only if the bigger online NL games weere 4k/8k. Why would the top pros play for less?

As well, the top pros have a huge edge in a live game - they may not want to lose this edge.

According to Greenstein (IIRC), Phil Ivey made a million dollars a month just playing online. There are times when the big game isn't going and fairly big online games are, such as 100/200 NL, 300/600 PLO etc.

Nowhere. Those are the bets for the limit game, which people constantly mistake for the NL blnids. Plus they cap the pots at 100k, so actually the games online are bigger than the big game.
