i think against most people a fold to a turn 3bet is pretty easy, but if youre unsure then i definitely wouldnt raise. raising and calling down a 3bet is much worse then just calling.

Notice that four handed, UTG=one off the button (cutoff). I would raise this hand there every day of the week.
