I must admit I am torn on this hand. Part of me says shove but part of me says call and shove non club turn. But given his present chip stack shoving the flop is the correct play and hoping that he fills up.

If we shove flop given our chip stack we dont have enough to push out the FD on the flop but if we only call we again dont have enough to push out FD on the turn he'd be getting approx 4 to 1 on a call easy call with all the money in pot plus most likely an over card to go along with it.

However, give deeper stacks do you guys like just calling the flop since a flop push allows the FD to see through to the river for the correct price or do we call and push a non club turn therefore not allowing the FD proper odds to the end. But at the same time we have to leave ourselves with the correct pot odds. So maybe shoveing turn isnt the best EV play either. Maybe something in between that gives up the proper odds to draw against a made flush while denying the FD odds to draw.

Second hand is a shove. Even if he does have a set no way you can get away from this type of hand give the texture of the board. If so NH sir!

i would say push the first and probably push the second, but like others have said, its player dependent. push the more he semi-bluff raises and overvalues lower overpairs

you should have led the flop in hand 1 and looked to get it in if raised

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't like a lead here at all (unless its a push).
We want it all in on the flop for sure and ain't folding the flop.

But if we lead, we may get called and aren't all-in and they see another card (4-flush just kills us).
So we can either open push, or c/r ai.
The c/r ai gets us the c-bet is the only difference here.

So my preferences(in order) are:
1. c/r ai
2. open push

Let me know if this seems wrong to anyone?

i'm in sb with QQ no , 2 limpers i pot
first limper calls

pot: $50 9 5 2 i make it 44, he minraises.. plan?

he strikes me as kind as a looser player, one of the "targets" he has 350-110=$240 left i cover, pot is now $170ish

[/ QUOTE ]

How would people treat the minraise if Villain had a full buyin at the start of the hand?
