i mean there will be a real and detailed explanation later but the idea of folding a huge favorite because you're afraid of busting out is very well covered on these boards already, and generally accepted as completely insane.
i mean, how do you propose to win these if you're folding big favorites?

You took that folding AA wayyyy out of context. Read adanthar's guide to satellites to see why you ONLY ONLY ONLY do that in sats.

As for the original question, insta-call. You're ahead of his range. I would think if he's in mid/late position he'd make a standard steal raise so you can come over the top in the blinds and he'd call/push w/ a big PP.
