Haven't looked at any responses, but I think if he really had to think a long time he doesn't have hearts. Usually live this is not an act IME, but I'd want to see the guy to be sure. At any rate I'm probably skeptical enough to bet for value on the river, and call a raise.

Much tougher. I usually still would. If you know him well and can fold to a raise, definitely bet. Otherwise I go on intuition.
