This is a true statement.

Also, 10/2 is not a poker player. It is not a man. 10/2 is some sort of machine. As a man, if you were playing 10/2, you would get so bored you could take a gun and shoot yourself right in the head. Once you were dead, you would think "This is much better than playing 10/2."

As for the serious comment, I've never played FR seriously in my life. I play 6-max style in FR games, which causes me to lose an obscene amount of money. So I stick to 6 max, where some people tell me I'm good, and others tell me I'm bad (I'd show you a sick graph of this month that looks like a roller coaster). Whatever, 6 max is awesome. You can play a zillion hands and get away with it if you're good post flop. Variance is high, like really high. I go on 10 buy-in downswings almost monthly.

P.S. I'm in college but I always tell people that quitting their job or dropping out of school is a bad idea, and I still think it is... but it depends on what kind of job you have. Online poker will not be around forever.. get this free money while it is hot.

I have Pavel down 300$ after 43,000 hands at 400NL I reraise his ass a lot...He won't call unless he has a set or AA. Thanks for the advice guys. I 6 tabled SH today for 3000 hands...My brain is drained, SH is at least 5x more stressful then FR. SH forces you to make tons of marginal calls which is very interesting. I think I am going to stick with 400 FR for the month and see how I do. The 1k games look pretty good so hopefully I can get up to them in a month or two. Thanks for the advice guys.

FWIW, I didn't even know they still had FR online. I guess I should have figured they did.

ae jones - thats why I want to quit my job now..poker is not going to last forever and I want to get as much money out of it now while I can. My job is pretty sweet though. I have what some ppl consider a dream job. Game designer pulling down a pretty good salary but you cannot compare that to the freedom & money of playing poker. I'm pretty sure I can get back into the industry any time I want so I am looking at taking a couple yrs off and playing hella poker. I play 30-40k hands a month and work fulltime so imagine how much I could play if this was my only job.

You really aren't going to be that much more productive.

Yea, don't burn out on poker... but you're right about getting moeny now. I think I can easily play four hours a day with so much free time at school, and this passed summer I played a lot, so I think I'll get plenty... now for that big tournament score....

Just making sure- that isn't you Yves playing 200 FR to get your BR back is it? Numbers look similar, just a thought.
