They're getting tighter. But people still can't play NLHE properly.

I guess this is probably covered in other threads, but as of last time I looked, it hadn't been conclusively determined. Did most of the fish move to the Monster Tables? Is the game at those tables good enough to warrant paying the double (or whatever) rake?

I'm definitely looking at a short time span to come up with my concerns, but 3 of my last 4 months (including 2000 hands this month) I have done less than 2BB/100 hands. This includes my first losing month in over a year.

But, like I said, I don't play the Monster tables, I guess the non-monster tables have been full of non-fish lately. Maybe that's it.

I play on the Monster tables for 2 reasons:

1) The easiest to get to tables are the ones the fish will play at.

2)I actually enjoy the bad beat jackpot (call me crazy). It is super fun live, because it builds a sense of fun and people always get excited when there are 3 aces on the board, and it certainly keeps fish coming back. Its also a drop not a rake, and IMO these tables have more than made up for the $.50/pot drop (if not for 2 outers on the river this weekend, but hey). Also, if you are multi-tabling, I think you've got a decent shot at one table share somewhere along the line..

I dont play part anymore, but crypto and stars seem to be just fine.

There is the usualy amount of donkeys (and with my luck I dump a lot of $$$ to them), but there are tons of players that play way way to agressive and are highly exploitable.

I've been palying a lot of $100nl lately and I find the tables are definitely very profitable.
