Thank you all for your input. Fold or raise seems to be the best routes. As it turned out, folding would have been best.

Turn: (7.20 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, CO bets, Hero calls, BB calls.

River: (10.20 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB bets, CO calls, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 13.20 BB
Main Pot: 13.20 BB, between CO, Hero and BB. > Pot won by BB (13.20 BB).

Results in white below:
BB has Th Qc (three of a kind, tens).
CO has Kd Jh (two pair, kings and jacks).
Hero has Qh Ks (two pair, kings and tens).
Outcome: BB wins 13.20 BB.

Default Re: KQo OTB after raise from CO

Fold PF for the reasons in SSHE.
Flop is fine.
Call turn as you have OESD.
The river is a crying call if you want to make it. I might fold depending on opponents if UI.
