Most entrepeneurs fail. Asking the succesful ones the key to their success will -sometimes- be as only as useful as asking lottery winners the system they use to pick their numbers.
On the other hand, there must be consistent qualities. Im guessing; ambition, self confidence and effort are pretty high on the list.
