With opponents that are 15/6, this usually isn't T9 or something mainly cause they aren't calling T9 from the SB. If I had to guess, this is QQ, KK or AA who absolutely hates this board come on his brilliant idea of a slow play and now he's scared. Even if it's not an overpair, I don't see a tight player suddenly going nuts with a draw, I'd fold.
