I remember watching TNG during the first season when Dr. Crusher was a pretty homely looking lady. Then she disappeared from the show and resurfaced in Season 3 looking much hotter. I could not understand what had changed.

This was is 89' - before I knew much about facelifts and nose jobs.

That being said I voted for Troi. Even the improved Dr. Crusher was no match for the Empath.
