They will be showing this tape for years to come to newcomers coming up in the circuit. How he adjusted to the new five second dunking rule, how he was able to stay focused even though Chestnut was right next to him and jumped out to the early lead, how he ate with the eye of a tiger and the focus of a lion chasing his prey.

If you can find it on MTV, watch the True Life episode on competitive eating. The segments on Kobayashi are sweet. Apparently, his abdominal muscles are somehow abnormal, allowing his stomach to expand more than a normal person's.
