Re: Can I ask a girl out here?
You have both been in the class long enough that neither of you is currently squigged out about being in anatomy lab. The only other play is to be entertaining and charming and set up another weekend study session and ask her out at that one.

[/ QUOTE ] Wouldnt recommend this one, because you could just keep putting it off, and putting it off, etc etc go with the lunch idea |

Re: Can I ask a girl out here?
I can't believe nobody picked up on the question of asking out among a bunch of dead humans.
Do not ask her out among the dead humans. At least wait until you leave that friggin room of death and are walking away from the building or something. Or, better yet, stop talking to her so much and give it 4 weeks. Then, when the class is over, ask her out. (I suggest talking to her less because I'm guessing that talking to her in that setting makes it very obvious that you're interested in her.) |

Re: Can I ask a girl out here?
Who cares about the dead humans. Maybe you guys can get flirty and start throwing body parts at each other, then fall to the ground among the mess of limbs and kiss because the moment is right.

Re: Can I ask a girl out here?

Ask her out for lunch already. If you can't figure this one out, please don't be sticking me with needles the next time I'm in the emergency room. Thanks. Lunch is the correct play, BTW. It's casual enough that if there's a train-wreck, you both can walk away, but implies that you'd like to meet her to learn about her romantically in the future. [/ QUOTE ] perfect! one suggestion, when you sit down tomorrow ask her if she wants to get lunch after IMMEDIATLY so you dont have this mounting tension within yourself. she will say yes, so don't sweat it. |

Re: Can I ask a girl out here?
This would be a good plan but the anatomy lab has a very distinct smell and the smell requires you to go home and shower after lab. We're immune to it now, but we get funny looks if we go into public and someone catches a whiff.
That said, I am leaning toward asking her to dinner tomorrow night. I'm meeting her at 2:00. We should be out of there at 4. If things are going well, I'll ask her. There has only been one objection so far, which surprises me. Maybe I put too much stock into the whole situation. Any other comments/suggestions? |

Re: Can I ask a girl out here?
I opened this thread thinking you wanted to show a girl your post.
