There is no denying the talent on Argentina but they almost went home yesterday. Germany has been getting better with each outing. Mexico is no Germany.

Now Germany is the favorite in this match. Did Germany really look that good and Argentina that bad? I would say fatigue might play into the equation for ARG, but the teams are getting 6 days rest. The German back line hasn't really been tested yet. I think Argentina's array of strikers will give the German D fits. Riquelme needs to step up and have a better game, but gimme the (slight) underdog Argies in this one.
