PP10/20 Check/Call this HORRIBLE river?

You have to either fold or raise in the SB preflop. You are out of position for the remainder of the hand. A raise should get the BB to fold unless he has a monster. Personally I would fold this preflop but if you are going to play I think its best to try to take control of the hand pre-flop and raise. The flop bet looks good but I would bet more on the turn becuase you probably have the best hand and there are lots of hands he can call with here. With probably the best hand the goal is to get more money in the pot and provoke your opponent to make a mistake by giving him the wrong odds to call. On the river I think check and fold or a check-raise is in order if you feel that your opponent makes a weak bet. But given how the hand was played a $1200 bet on the river is a fold in my opinion.
