[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] 56 is out of the question IMO. Question is, is this an overpair frequently enough to call [/ QUOTE ] give he didn't raise pf QQ,KK is very unlikely, and I doubt this passive of an opponent plays this strong with a smaller pair. [/ QUOTE ] he likely wouldn't reraise QQ or KK preflop (have a handa at the same table where he didn't) [/ QUOTE ] in that case....easy call |

[/ QUOTE ] I can see where it's a mistake not to raise PF here to isolate. Unfortunately, I can also see where I'd make this mistake because I want to see if there's an A on the flop before I shove. I've found my niche on 2p2..."How the Losing Player Thinks"! |

I read the hand wrong and thought he was UTG and limped. In that case, I would fold. |

Even so, if we establish that the player is capable of pushing with KK and QQ as well in the original hand, than calling is correct since KK/QQ are more likely of a holding than any set cards. |

If KK QQ is in his hand range, its an easy call.

We are getting about 3.5 to 1. We need to be good right now like 14% of the time to break even.

The fact that 4 players saw this flop makes me feel it is more likely someone hit a set and I lay this down.
Does that make sense to anyone else? |
