I find the $27 turbos on PS easier than the $16s. I think it's because most of the bonus whores are on the $16s during this promo time.

Do not accept marginal situations in lower buy-in STTs, as you will many opportunities to take big +EV situations. Fold a lot, and play big pots when you do play. Dont get married to TPTK. Keep the pots small, unless you have a big hand. Play passively if you have to. Dont try to run the table. Dont be tricky. Dont bluff. Dont get too greedy. Just play straightforward.
Higher buy-ins, its almost the complete opposite, although basics dont change much. |

From what I can gather, playing straight forward, solid play will get you a +roi, at any level between the 6s and 109s.

they dont fold at the $27s. they do fold at the $60s. the $114s are the $60s with less 10 tabling regulars

It's not so much about them folding more... it's more that I tend to find more worse players right now at the $27s. I'm sure $16s are easier when bonuses aren't going on.
I remember when I used to only play Limit, during bonus times I found 3/6 easier than 1/2, but otherwise 1/2 was a donkfest. Anyone else notice these phenomena during bonuses? |

Party:
$5: don't know $ 11: 9 donks $ 22: 8 donks 1 semidonk. $ 33: 7 donks 1 semidonk. $ 55: 5 donks 2 semidonks. $ 77: 3 donks 3 semidonks. $ 109: 1 donks 3 semidonks 2 1/4 donks. smaller buy-ins: donk is more probable to be donk because of LAG in early level. Higher buy-ins: donk is more probable to be donk because of weak-tight late in the tourney. |

Seriously? I find the $27s FAR FAR FAR tougher, because a lot of good multitabling regulars stay there for ages while working up the courage/BR to play $60s. The 16s seem soft as butter, and I've considered 15+-tabling them for easy profit.
