haha, this exact same thing happened to my brother in paris. he ended up giving them everything he had in his pockets and had to walk back to our hotel. those places are shady as hell.

moral of the story! don't buy [censored] in a strip club without knowing how much it is.

Pounds and euros are pretty close now, I think. He gave me the owner around 500 bucks on his way out.

Wow,
There are many nice stripclubs there that will never scam you, who always make sure you understand the deal etc. and you end up in a [censored] one [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]. Basically don't go to the stripclub-district but find a club somewhere else. Here is a good pick, pretty girls, cool atmosphere:
