Re: urbandictionary contest
"Busto" is in the dictionary, but none of the meanings deal with actually going busto in the sense 2+2 talks about it.

Re: urbandictionary contest
[ QUOTE ]
I think "getting diebittered" or "that so diebitter" should be our attempt... ...Now all we need is the explanation for what it means? [/ QUOTE ] I think you should ask the POGs this |

Liff
[ QUOTE ]
who can be the first here to make up fake slang and get it into urbandictionary? [/ QUOTE ]Are you aware of The Meaning Of Liff? It's a booklet written by two British fellas, with lots of outside contributions, which contains words which express hitherto undefined "experiences, feelings, situations, and even objects". The catch is that all the words are geographical locations (cities, valleys, etc) in Britain, the U.S., or indeed the world. Examples: Blean (n.) : Scientific measure of luminosity. 1 glimmer = 100,000 bleans. Usherettes' torches are designed to produce between 2.5 and 4 bleans, enabling them to assist you in faling downstairs, treading on people or putting your hand into a Neapolitan tub when reaching for change. Dubuque (n.) : A look given by a superior person to someone who has arrived wearing the wrong sort of shoes. Toronto (n.) : Generic term for anything that comes out in a gush despite all your careful efforts to let it out gently. British drollery. |
