I lost 15 buyins at NL 200 today. A mixture of SICK beats, getting owned and monkey tilt.

Yes, that can happen. Having suffered through 3 10+ buy-in downswings that I can remember, my advice is to take a week off and come back playing fresh.

Oh, wait this is BBV - my advice is to move up to 5/10 NL and win it all back in 3 hands.

at 1/2 NL I never dropped 10 buy ins, my biggest was 6...and that's about 250K hands. But I used to only play 4 tables max, so I think that's a big part of it.

Hey I have been there so many times over. I know exactly what you feel. Your self-esteem is crushed and your confidence in your game and ability is being questioned by your inner self. My advice would be to drop down to .5c/$1 and try to restore confidence than move back up.
