I would bet and call a river raise.

wtf worse hand is raising the river....

True

A bluff, a diamond, an ace. Not very often and you are usually beat if raised on this river but I think there's definitely enough BS factor to call.

If your bet/caling river I prefer check/call...an A has a gd chance of betting on a 4-flush board..and lower flushes will also bet.

philnewall is right. Checking indicates you didn't make a flush and most aces will bet here for value. Also in the offchance he has a lower flush he will bet this too. The bet/fold line leaves you open to bluffs (or stupid raises by just trips) and will cause your opponent to fold a lot of hands he would've bet if you had checked.

I was going to say, if you can't bet/fold then check/call.

I checked the river, and he checked behind with 109 of clubs (flopped 2pair), so I won the pot with my Jack high Flush. I agree, I should have bet the river.

But ANY flush will likely call, and trip aces will call like 90% of the time. I think you're gonna get called by a worse hand far more than a worse hand / a bluff will bet into you

I'm with true on this one. The description was a multitabling tag. If we bet the river, I think it'd be -EV to call the raise.

I'm not saying I'd NEVER call the raise, but I don't think it's the right play.
