This is terrible advice. Play money tables bear about as much resemblence to cash poker as a rattlesnake does to a giraffe.

Also, OP, if you have read absolutely nothing to this point, I'd start out with Lee Jones's "Winning Low Limit Hold 'Em". There are going to be a lot of responses to this that include terms like "weak-tight", but it is MUCH easier to digest than SSHE and WILL get you on a winning path. And, no, it is not at all difficult to change gears to the more aggressive style suggested in SSHE. You will eventually want to graduate to SSHE, but until you get a simple foundation there's a lot in SSHE that you're going to mis-apply or just completely mis-understand.

Start with freerolls theres always one going on somewhere you will learn lots. and its automatic +ev
