Take negative stereotype about some class of people. 2. Use it. Is this right? Then the thought process from your point of view is: well since I'm not actually racist/sexist etc., I couldn't possibly mean what I wrote, it's obviously ironic, haha. And the thought process from the point of view of people who know you is: well since El Ishmael is not actually racist/sexist etc., he couldn't possibly mean what he wrote, it's obviously ironic, haha. But people who don't know you, like me, do read your posts. I don't really see how we're supposed to get these jokes.

Those commercials for Valtrex have made me think about this in the past. At the end it says something like "May not be effective if your immune system is compromised due to advanced HIV." WTF, if I have advanced HIV i think the herp is the least of my concerns.
