Actually yeah folding the flop is better with the preflop capper still to act. If we were closer to closing the action I think a peel would be in order.

I get the feeling that this is probably weak, but I fold on the flop, with the pf capper and 3-better behind me I hate my hand now.

Yep, the worst spot to be in post flop. You could end up with it being two bets back to you--why waste the bet?

Maybe with some reads we could contend a little more. Raising the flop wouldn't accomplish much--raising the turn is better. And gutsy. But if you're going to contend, you have to protect your hand.

I say call the flop in hopes to see the turn for cheap and hopefully improve.
