Not hardly. MTR Gaming owns Binion's, not Harrahs. Last year's final 3 tables were at Binion's becuase of a contract agreement that had Harrahs managing Binion's until MTR got it's people in there to run it.

Harrahs owns the Horeshoe name, but not Binion's.
