Lead if he's super-weak. If he's just really weak check-raise with the intention of folding to a 3 bet.

if this guy is really weak passive, how bout bet/fold turn? he might be frozen by the clubs/A and wouldnt raise unless he has u beat...

I think a CR is best. If he has you beat, he'll 3bet and you can fold. If he has KK-JJ there's a good chance he'll fold those and I wouldn't mind that at all.
