Hey, As far as the New Year's Giveaway goes, Party said they would post the winners by 1/15 and the money would be credited to accounts by 1/19. Party still hasn't posted the winners (as far as I know) but I guess as long as they pay up by 1/19 I'm not gonna complain too much. I got 1158 tickets in this promotion, can anyone beat that? lol. My point is that 95% of the people that bitch about Party's lack of customer service, terrible software, ambiguous rakeback schemes, and awful coordination for their promotions / VIP program simply are sounding off without taking action. Sure, Party has all these problems with their company concerning the players and clientele, but very few people are willing to sacrifice the EV of playing at their cash game tables for the sake of sending them a message.

If this describes you (and if you have posted about Party's bad customer support, I bet it does), then shut up and stop posting about it. Actions speak louder than words.

When I see hefty December promo spending being paid in January I wonder how this is reported to the stockholders. When large VIP expenses for January are paid in February, I think about big nonrakeback affiliates tracking their monthly incomes.
