Megafold. I had him on A6 before I read the results, But Ax where x is absoultely anything is really likely here. What else would he be calling down with that calls your PFR?

EDIT: If you put him on Ax then why did you call?

River blocking bets should not look like river blocking bets. They should look like value bets. Otherwise they will get raised by weaker hands, thus defeating the whole point of the blocking bet.

So your river blocking bet should be the same size as a river value bet. Usually for me that comes to about 1/2 pot.

Or you can make them small 80% of the time, big 20% of the time, and then make your value bets small 20% of the time and big 80% of the time.

This assumes that your opponent will conclude that a small river bet could mean anything, which in turn requires that he is paying close attention to your bet sizes.

I think niether of these assumtions are valid. Moreover, if your opponent simply assumes that small bets are blockers 100% of the time and big bets are VBs 100% of the time, he will defeat your systemn badly.

IMO, getting tricky with bet sizes for the purpose of deception is less +EV or more -EV than just sticking to a straight plan.
