Default Re: AKs Big Blind

check-shoving seems very easy on flop.
preflop i usually reraise, sometimes shove, sometimes 12k and shove any flop. "it depends."

Preflop:

What can I say, I flat call more than most players. I didnt want to make a jumbo pot out of position, I didn't have a read on the player as we were just moved together.

I quite often reraise here and if shallower am happy to shove. It was just a bit tricky. If its aks I am more likely to be aggressive, my gut feeling is people generally are, but more often than the 2% extra equity warrants.

Flop:

I usually checkraise all in here. For some reason I just led out for 8k. I figured I could call an all in but I might get aj or tt to fold incorrectly.

The problem with doing that is you let ak away cheap and that is going to cost you. I probably should have checkraised.

Anyway he pushed I called. Results later, will see if any others have thoughts.
