I'm done with it because Sunday night my friend who has dipped for probably 6 years has an enormous growth on his lip that scared the hell out of me. I've dipped on and off for almost 7 years.

Two words- sunflower seeds. They work wonders.

set a time to start chewing each day, don't dip before then...say 10 am....then go 15 minutes longer every day...the next day would be 10:15, the next 10:30...it really eases the withdrawl symptoms to know that you only have to make it 30 more minutes.
