Over a lifetime of bathroom use, there are probably some good stories from people who have experienced odd situations in the restroom. I will start us off...

-We have nice crappers at work, they are enlosed little room - just like a stall, but with doors that go from floor ceiling. So, you can't peek under the stalls to see if they are occupied. Anyway, the guy who works in the cubicle next to me, walks in the bathroom and jiggles the handle of the first stall, only to find it locked. Now he jiggle the handle on my door, which I THOUGHT I locked, and he finds it open. My cubicle neighbor whips my door open and gets a shocking look at me making brownies. Awkward.

- Also at work, but in the company gym now. I am getting ready to work out on my lunch break. I am in the men's locker room, and go to take a piss before my lifting. I whip it out, and as I start to pee, a spanish cleaning-LADY walks out of the shower area and passes right by me, two feet from me as I am pissing. She says “hi” and keeps walking. I guess she was in there with another cleaning dude, I guess cleaning the showers a bit, when I walked in. He must have told her not to come out, because I was getting changed into my gym clothes. I guess when I was pissing was a good time to make her exit though. Kinky.

- Finally, at work again, I am in the crapper. I hear a guy walk in and piss. At the end of his piss, he let's out a huge fart, content in his anonomity. A second later, another guy comes in and says “HEY, WHAT'S UP MIKE?!”, blowing the cover of the flatulent Mike. Awesome.
