He's really only using the first 4 notes, and then doing his own lick, and repeating the process a couple times. I wouldn't consider it blatant plagiarism because that lick uses one hand position over 3 strings and is used in the solo. It's not a riff or anything. Also, that lick just happens to sound great. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] Like the chuck berry signature guitar solo that has been ripped off millions of times.

I would like someone to actually play those songs side by side in their natural state, not like they are in this clip. the guy says "even the drums and bass match up" yeah, well, it's because you changed the speed of the song to do so. It's manipultive.
