I cashed out $1000 from Bayou 2 weeks ago to test their speed. After 4 days I contacted them and they said "oh yes, that shouldve been processed already". They said it would be 2 more days. 2 days went by and nothing. I contacted them again and told them if the $1K wasnt in my NT account by tomorrow to go ahead and cashout the other $9000 thats in my account. Miraculously , the $1000 showed up the next day.

It took Betsson 8 days to send me $1400 a few weeks ago. PN needs to crack the whip on all of these slackers.

It's been 12 days for me now at Bayou. Is there any way of punishing this bad service besides taking our business elsewhere?e

It is a longer time than at most other sites, but that doesn't mean other players shouldn't play there.

Have you contacted them? Usually a poker site can track and/or speed up your transaction.

Unless of course you are posting in 2 + 2 for other players not to play at their site - in which case they will confiscate your funds most likely.

After all they should have the right - you may be causing them business with this thread you started instead of contacting them directly.

It's not uncommon to have to wait a few weeks on some sites for cashouts.

Yeah, if I badmouth Pepsi to my friends because I think their product sucks they have every right to steal from me.

Name one reputable site that takes this long on a regular basis. I play a lot of skins on that network. These two will not be among them.

How is Pepsi going to steal from you?

That is perhaps the stupidest post I have ever seen!

Sometimes players get investigated for colluding on tables. This would delay a withdrawal.

I'm not going to even acknowledge that statement.

Just spoke to a sweet girl there named Melissa.

The company that does customer service -game support and cashouts is called FutureBet-they are located in Vancouver.

Virtual Exchange is the company FutureBet uses as a front end for processing and transfering cashouts but FutureBet gets the money from the rooms they then pass the funds on to Virtual exchange which directs your cashout to wherever.

Supposedly FutureBet has a "backlog of withdrawals" and they are paying players out with significant delays but all players are being paid.

Hope to get a better timetable on this today or tmw and be paid in the next week or so.

this is very disconcerting:

FutureBet is reviewed at this site SBR- SportsBook Review

SBR Bill Dozer reports: Reno.net (SBR rating D-) is the latest FUTUREBET serviced sportsbook to receive a payout complaint. Reno enters the rating guide at D-. FUTUREBET’s flagship sportsbook, SportsbookUSA (SBR rating F+) continues to struggle. The sportsbook’s own customer service is warning potential players "SportsbookUSA is having payout problems. You may want to play elsewhere".

SBR Bill Dozer reports: TheCasinoFiles(SBR rating F) goes offline; blames turnkey provider, FUTUREBET. This situation illustrates the problems that can occur with turnkey partnerships where neither party claims responsibility for player funds. The webmaster refers to owed players and advises them to pursue their funds with FUTUREBET directly. TheCasinoFiles.com message goes on to suggest players come back to the site when they make another attempt to operate with a different provider. Players with FUTUREBET are reporting no-pays on a daily basis.

We regret to inform you that the casino and or sportsbook that you had created an account for with thecasinofiles.com is no longer available for your wagers. The website links to the casino games and sportsbook that you have been using are now offline.
This website has been using the licensee ’Future Bet’ for the casino and sportbook wagering. We have heard too many complaints from players of not getting paid for their withdrawls by Future Bet or slow paying that can take months. We feel that a company that operates like this seems to be having major financial problems. This website has elected to change to a gaming provider that has been operating properly for years and paying the players. The new casino and sportsbook will appear here soon.
We recommend that you withdraw any funds that you have in your account with Future Bet immediately.
