calling is horrible IMO, unless we are doing a stop-n-go

[/ QUOTE ]
agreed, our stack is much to small to be c/r'ing or betting other than an ALL IN.

...why do a stop-n-go. are you guys just saying that because a push seems too obvious and you want to come up w/ some creative line in an effort to please mr sklanksy?

please, everyone here pushes this pf. stop trying to get fancy, its a boring hand

umm, this is a very standard push

[/ QUOTE ]

Agreed. I think a SNG is getting too fancy here. A lot of the hands he folds are hands we wish had called. Plus we have enough chips to have some FE preflop, so there's no need to give him a shot at outflopping us. I really can't see anything being better than pushing here.

edit: DMK's too fast for me, just read his post.

Steve

Wow. Wouldn't poker be so easy if we just made our decisions based on cards and stack sizes?

I wonder if there is any other information that could be important?

Of course, the default is to push.

haha is that actually him???? thats pretty awesome, but i just thought it was a good line because chances our the villain won't connect with the flop and if we push PF theres a good chance we get called and are in a 60/40 position or maybe even 75/25. Just my two cents

a good player is opening a huge range on the button here. we have a lot of FE and could fold out hands like 44
