It's possible to hook up with both her and her friend, in any order you choose. Since she finds you "fit" enough for banging her friend, its obvious that she wouldn't mind banging you either.
On a sidebar, I often use "you should meet that guy, he is perfect for you" in day 2, hours before banging the girl. This is a similar situation.

"Ok" (if you're just looking to get laid and don't care about the coworker - Tho this likely doesn't burn that bridge) or "No, I came here to see you." (or variations thereof) or "If you'll join us." (for advanced students only)
