[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] True is a demi-god. [/ QUOTE ] i dont really play 25/15. I think its a lot closer to 29/22. I think there are a lot of bad players at all levels however if you don't adapt to the table environment and players perception of you I doubt you are going to beat 10/20 and above. Pete thinks 3/6 is the cappppppppppppppuchino. True/Peter [/ QUOTE ] Am I missing something; are True and Peter the same? I think ABC poker at 5/10 is at best a .5BB/100 game. 3/6, I think it still will win over 1BB/100. I could be wrong because nobody truely plays ABC poker, we all have a little tilt in us that hates to fold QJs to a raise from a solid villain. |

With excellent seat/table selection (patience), solid ABC can take you pretty far IMO.

All those who think ABC poker can only beat low limits, don't forget the rake. If I remember correctly, you pay around 3.5BB/100 at 1/2, 2.3BB/100 at 5/10, 1.6BB/100 at 10/20, 0.9BB/100 at 20/40 and 0.6BB/100 at 30/60 (disclaimer - numbers may be off by some, but they should give you a good picture of the situation). Thus you can sustain quite a drop in your rake-less winrate (the amount you actually beat the players for) and still win the same at higher limits.
