Is there any way for someone to fake which IP address they are accessing a site from? I'm thinking about asking Neteller to block my account from IP's other than the one I use since I always access from home.

Actually, this is not true at all. My neteller account was hacked a few weeks ago by someone from some IP address I've never been at before. After a long investigation, neteller decide to comp me for the money that was stolen, so I didn't lose anything. But there HAVE been a lot of neteller hackings, as any cursory search of here, P-fives, FCP, or other forums would show.
