I plan on ignoring any legislation against online poker if it comes to that. I will not adhere to unjust laws that take away my ability to earn a living.I will not live in poverty to satisfy a lawmaker who doesn't understand the issues.

Playing poker in my opinion is no different than playing professional golf. They both take skill to win. It is not luck that makes us win. Poker is not gambling, anymore than people who invest in the stock market are gambling.

Most of the worlds countries accept online poker as lawful. It is time for the US government to understand this issue.

The problem is in poker u win money from other people. Including the rake poker is -EV for the average player, and poker remove millions of $$ from the " normal economy ".

That's pretty bold.. if this passes, they will know where you are getting your money from. Your checking account will be an open book to the government. And it will be a felony offense, right? I think the best solution, seriously, would be to move to Thailand or some other cheap country.
