Given your read on villain, I would fold to the reraise preflop.

OK - thanks for your input. I figured that he might be getting a bit desperate with his shortish stack. I thought I might have aces and nines as outs and maybe even tens if he had a small pocket pair.

After nearly letting my time run out I called and he turned over JKo. I hit an ace on the river and busted him and the rest of the table said I was crazy.

With his JK the odds were (barely) there to call. At least chip-wise. I haven't done any ICM calculations on the situation.
