I can't help but to disagree here. If I single table at 20% ROI but can 8 table at 10% my variance and profits will be mucho different

Number of tables is not the criminal here. Quality of play is.

Everyone has the same amount of variance. The higher your ROI the less negative variance you will experience.

If you are saying that everyone with the same ROI has the same variance, that is not correct. Your finish distribution also has an effect (% in first/second/third).

So I'm getting back into the SNG world in May with about $400 bucks I think. Would you guys advise me to just stick with the regular 11s or drop down a limit and play the turbos?

$400 should be plenty for PP$11s. Anything below $330 and I wouldnt recommend playing the Speeds, and would probably recommend $6.50s on Stars.
